So the boys are back from their Christmas break fatter from roses over eating but happy, and it’s a bumper double episode (kind of). Yes first up this week the boys , like the first ever pod cast, send their critical eyes over the Christmas just past. The gang discuss in detail about all the little things that made their Christmas merry from the gifts to the best thing about the day, the TV. Also a lot of nonsense about the Talkboy, the toy made famous in home alone. Following this though comes the first ever Housekeepin awards show, yes the gang cast their mind over 2008 and award the things that have mattered to them from tune of the year to most adorable nordie of the year, so you never know, you might have just won something.

Oh hello, whats this? Two episodes uploaded on the one night? Either we are very lazy and didn’t bother last week or the Christmas spirit has come over us and we thought ‘Lets reward the people by giving them double helpings of everyones favorite Christmas trio since Joseph, Mary and be wombed Jesus”. This week the boys sit down to a selection box which sparks one of the boys to tell stories of how he has used product returns to his advantage for years, which in turn sparks the biggest moral debate since would you steal bread to feed your family or did that one female transformer bang all the male ones. Following this the boys use a well known agony aunt to steal her clients and offer there own advice, which seem to focus mainly girls getting up to naughty behavior on MSN, so if you are up to mischief on any web based conversation sites housekeepin has the answer. Oh and wait till the end for a journey of middle earth sized per portions.

The most horrid feeling from ones childhood is after seeing the Toy Show on the Late Late show is seeing it the next Friday, all back to normal and serious.  For housekeeping however, we never take a drop in  tone, but a drop in quality is another thing altogether. Yes everything returns to normal this week with just three boys and a microphone keeping you company.  Though the cheer is not done yet, as the boys firstly get to grips with some of the presents they missed out on, including a gift card that may or may not get you an abortion, its gift that keeps on giving…you possibly feelings of regret, but who are we to judge? After this the boys sit down to one of the most annoying things of all time , an internet survey, we’ve all done them, but if you had been doing this shit for nearly a year you’d be rooting through the bins too, plus its free so you have no right to complain, or come up to a member of Housekeepin at a party and say ’Ohhh I don’t like the pod cast now’, your right it is the same, fucking brilliant. Anyway please enjoy, it is good, we love you all…

It’s the show that everyone looks forward to from kids aged one to ninety two, yes its ‘The Toy Show’. The show where uncle Pat wheels some toys out in front of children and then cruelly takes them away, yes its well and truly Christmas. On the flip side however the ‘Housekeepin Toy Show’ is a show that, even in its first year, no one looks forward to. Yes this week the boys pull on their old jumpers and attempt to fill the role that they have loved from kids. Though with the world gripped in a recession the gang offer the budget toys to help you at home. I say that, what may of happened was they couldn’t be arsed buying anything and went to go into a news agent an hour before the show and bought useless crap. Please enjoy the show, be warned like all attempts from housekeepin to do anything right it goes completely down the toilet, kinda like when you invite your Grandmother to Christmas dinner, its nice at the start but you just can’t wait to get back to your play station.
